WILL YOU HELP ?
SportsFest is made possible by an army of volunteers. Our volunteers enjoy free food and refreshments while volunteering, and are invited to our New Year's Mixer and SportsFest Kickoff parties. Each volunteer receives a free SportsFest T-shirt and parking permits. Our goal is for our volunteers to enjoy what they are doing.
Our volunteers range from high school students, ROTC and cheerleading organizations, to professionals from all walks of life. They work side by side with SportsFest staff and sporting event directors.
A wide range of volunteer opportunities exist:
· delivering water and ice to sport participants
· setting up chairs, tables and event venues
· garbage collection and park maintenance
· assisting and greeting park visitors
· assisting with parking
· setup and teardown before and after SportsFest
. Assisting in running the sports of your choice
Volunteers are needed for:
· Setup on Thursday July 24th and Friday July 25th
· Teardown on Monday July 28
· Assisting spectators and participants Saturday July 26th and Sunday July 27th
Days & Times
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday.
Starts at 8:00am - Ends at 10:pm, or make your own hours.

Your volunteer information and Sportsfest updates will be e-mailed to you on a regular basis.
When you check in at the volunteers' tent at Cedar Beach Park , the volunteer coordinator will work with you to ensure that you have the proper equipment and instructions to perform your tasks. Please join this fun-loving group in its 12th year. Thanks, in advance for your help.
